Return Window
Returns must be requested on the same day as delivery and immediately after our experts have completed the installation of your furniture. A return fee of AED 200 will be applied, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Options (UAE)
We offer a convenient driver collection service, which can be arranged immediately after installation. The collection fee is AED 200, deducted from your refund.
International Returns
For orders outside the UAE, customers are responsible for organizing and covering the costs associated with returns.
Reporting Damages
Please inspect your furniture during installation. If any damage is detected, you may return the item on the spot. Our team will promptly address the situation.
